Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors at Mary's Center front desk.
• Explain Mary’s Center service lines and access points to patients.
• Register participants and collect demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and perform SFDP eligibility checks.
• Coordinate interpretation services for language access needs.
• Assist in scheduling, reminders, and follow-up appointments.
• Support administrative chart reviews and HIPAA compliance.
