Job summary

Union Community Care in the United States is seeking a Treatment Navigator to ensure warm, responsive patient access across sites. You will register patients, schedule visits, explain treatment options and costs, and discuss insurance benefits including preauthorizations with accuracy and empathy.

You will coordinate with the dental care team to ensure plans stay within approved timelines while assisting patients with financial arrangements and payment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bilingual preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong telephone etiquette and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and basic math.
• Able to explain treatment plans and costs clearly.
