Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1 year in patient services preferred.
• Experience with medical insurance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in/check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Register patients and verify demographics; direct to waiting areas.
• Process payments, post charges, and generate daily payment reports.
• Respond to routine inquiries about services and hours.
• Assist with medical records duties and chart retrieval.
• Mentor junior staff as needed.
