Responsibilities

• Assist patients and visitors with check-in and check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Register patients and verify demographics; enter changes in the system.
• Handle payments and process daily payment reports with accuracy.
• Respond to routine inquiries about services and hours of operation.
• Assist with medical records duties: pull, file, and transfer records.
• Mentor junior staff as requested.
