Advanced Management USA is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to help patients schedule appointments and provide friendly, responsive service by phone. Your focus will be on exceptional customer care and ensuring patients feel valued and supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum AA/BS degree preferred.
• 2+ years in patient engagement/interaction.
• EPIC experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of health delivery systems and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule 45-50 patient appointments per week to optimize provider availability.
• Coordinate care with insurance providers and patients.
• Maintain accurate use of department procedures and EMRs.
• Follow up with patients to ensure timely care and adherence to primary care plans.
• Ensure HIPAA and privacy compliance at all times.
