Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides high level customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers.
• Coordinates patient registration activities and scheduling.
• Provides out of pocket cost estimates and educates patients on billing processes.
• Obtains and documents patient demographics and third-party coverage at every encounter.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and ensures accurate documentation.
