Responsibilities

• Coordinate clerical and medical activities for the healthcare team.
• Register patients and manage patient demographics and third-party coverage.
• Provide high level customer service to patients, physicians, and referral sources.
• Explain billing processes and estimate out-of-pocket costs for patients.
• Dispositions each patient within designated timelines.
