White House Clinics in Kentucky seeks a Patient Access Associate to welcome patients, screen calls, and coordinate appointment scheduling for integrated care teams.

This role collects and verifies demographic and insurance information, explains policies, handles check-in/check-out, and assists with follow-up tasks, aiming for exemplary service and timely patient flow. Evening work is required; 37.5 hours weekly; occasional coverage at other clinic locations may occur.

Competenze

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• No experience required; prior medical office experience preferred.
• Must have basic medical office procedures knowledge and computer skills.
• Ability to read a time schedule; strong verbal and written communication.

• Greet patients and visitors with pleasant service.
• Schedule appointments based on guidelines and provider availability.
• Collect and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Process end-of-day reconciliation and nightly deposits.
