Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Patient & Provider Advocate to work within partner practices, identifying eligible patients and enrolling them in the program. The role involves collaboration with EHR systems, navigating access challenges, and delivering white-glove service to both practices and patients.

You will travel to partner sites regularly, work independently, and contribute to enrollment funnel optimization while maintaining accurate records and communicating progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in field reimbursement, patient access, or clinical operations.
• Ability to work independently in provider offices and manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify eligible patients and enroll them in the program.
• Identify CDM-eligible patients in MS, derm, rheumatology.
• Queue patients for provider review and support enrollment.
• Provide white-glove service and coordinate care with practices.
• Maintain patient records and provide regular enrollment status updates.
