Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred (or 1 year experience in specified areas).
• Prior Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient-facing support for the Patient Access Department.
• Ensure patient accounts have valid insurance and current demographics.
• Calculate patient financial responsibility and present payment options.
• Process patient payments and secure required consents.
