Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographics.
• Interpret insurance benefits and explain coverage.
• Counsel patients on third-party payer requirements.
• Maintain medical terminology knowledge.
• Handle patient and customer relations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
