Valeris is a dedicated life sciences commercialization partner helping patients access critical medications through comprehensive payer support and patient services. This Benefits Specialist role focuses on patient benefits verification, eligibility assessment, and coordination with providers and payers.

You will support telephonic and web-based inquiries, utilize our PharmaCord Lynk platform, and ensure adherence to SOPs while delivering compassionate, compliant service.

Formación

• Patient-focused, confidential handling of health information.

Responsabilidades

• Verify patient benefits for major medical and pharmacy plans.
• Review enrollment forms and assess patient eligibility.
• Coordinate prior authorizations per payer guidelines and regulations.
• Communicate eligibility to patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Assist inbound callers and resolve inquiries; provide consultative support.
• Utilize PharmaCord Lynk to complete claims processing and move workflows.
