Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and process service requests.
• Assess benefits coverage and determine patient eligibility.
• Navigate prior authorizations per payer guidelines.
• Support patient assistance enrollment and eligibility.
• Communicate eligibility to patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Assist inbound callers and route to appropriate colleagues.
• Maintain confidential handling of PHI and adhere to SOPs.
• Use PharmaCord Lynk to process claims.
• Provide consultative service to overcome obstacles to paid therapy.
• Adhere to SOPs and complete trainings on schedule.
