A Benefits Specialist role involves verifying patient benefits, coordinating prior authorizations, and assisting patients to access therapy through compliant, efficient service.

The position is office-based and requires strong communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail, with a preference for healthcare experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Formación

• Experience in payer benefits, reimbursement and prior authorization preferred.
• Ability to review patient enrollment forms and determine eligibility per program guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Benefit verification for major medical and pharmacy plans.
• Coordinate prior authorizations per payer guidelines.
• Review patient assistance enrollment forms and assess eligibility.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues, guiding customers to paid therapy.
• Use PharmaCord Lynk to process claims and keep workflows moving.
