Responsibilities

• Register patients in a hospital-based, on-site setting with accurate data collection
• Explain insurance benefits and collect copays/deposits
• Follow scripting to ensure legal and financial compliance
• Coordinate with hospital departments to facilitate patient flow and confidentiality (HIPAA)
