Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience in healthcare admin is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Verify and update insurance information at every visit.
• Receive, screen, and route calls as needed.
• Accept payments, issue receipts, and update journal.
