Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to callers in line with Olympic Medical Center standards.
• Manages incoming phone calls and messages for OMP provider clinics and Hospital Outpatient Departments.
• Documents telephone messages into the EHR and routes them to appropriate departments.
• Schedules appointments and answers inquiries.
• Maintains accurate information and ensures timely follow-up as needed.
