Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by employing OMC’s C.A.R.E. standards.
• Greets patients and visitors to clinics in Sequim and Port Angeles with compassion and empathy.
• Collects and enters patient demographic data into the EHR.
• Explains policies and procedures necessary for registration to patients.
• Collects copays and payments according to finance policies.
• Maintains smooth flow of patients through registration and keeps waiting areas informed.
• Works closely with Central Access and Clinic Back Office staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
