Job summary

You will review documents, submit authorizations, manage records in the EHR, and advocate during clinical review calls with insurers. This onsite role emphasizes patient advocacy, detail, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and review patient documentation to verify eligibility for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments.
• Coordinate with outside providers to obtain relevant medical records and patient history.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance authorization requests.
• Manage and organize incoming faxes and patient documentation.
• Represent and advocate for patients during clinical review calls with insurance providers.
• Ensure all documentation is accurately entered into the EHR system.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient patient care.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as needed.
