Greenbrook is seeking an Authorization Specialist in Delray Beach, FL to secure insurance approvals and remove barriers to care, ensuring patients can begin and continue TMS treatment without interruption.

You will manage prior authorizations, reviews, and submissions across payer requirements, maintain precise documentation in EHR and CRM, and collaborate with Case Managers to support timely patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience with prior authorizations, insurance verification, medical billing, or related healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage prior authorizations, referrals, appeals, extensions, and reauthorizations from submission through approval.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure submissions meet payer and medical necessity requirements.
• Follow up with insurance carriers to monitor status and resolve authorization issues.
• Coordinate peer reviews, appeals, referrals, and medication access workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation across EHR, CRM, and related systems.
• Partner with Case Managers and clinical teams to support timely patient care.
