Greenbrook in Delray Beach, FL, is seeking an Authorization Specialist to secure insurance approvals and remove barriers to care, ensuring patients can start and continue treatment without interruption. This onsite, full-time role supports TMS and Spravato programs in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will manage prior authorizations, verify coverage, coordinate with case managers, and maintain accurate documentation in EHR/CRM systems, contributing to timely patient access and high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience with prior authorizations, insurance verification, medical billing, or related healthcare operations.
• Knowledge of commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payer requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AdvancedMD, Salesforce, and Availity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage prior authorizations, referrals, appeals, extensions, and reauthorizations from submission through approval.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure submissions meet payer and medical necessity requirements.
• Follow up with insurance carriers to monitor status and resolve authorization issues.
• Coordinate peer reviews, appeals, referrals, and medication access workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation across EHR, CRM, and related systems.
• Partner with Case Managers and clinical teams to support timely patient care.
