Qualifications

• Able to maintain HIPAA compliance and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics and contact information.
• Register patients and verify insurance benefits using proper systems.
• Collect point-of-service payments and document registrations.
• Provide directions and assist with wayfinding; maintain a welcoming front desk.
• Follow HIPAA policies and company guidelines.
