Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Management or health related field or equivalent experience.
• Two to five years of experience in a healthcare environment or hospital admitting department recommended.
• Good supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility, self-motivation and high tolerance for stressful situations preferred.
• Computer experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Admitting/Registration process in Main Admitting/Acute Hospital, Pavilion Admitting, or Emergency Department.
• Integrate admitting services into the overall functioning of the system and support Service Excellence standards.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
