Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Management or health related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two to five years of experience in a healthcare environment or hospital admitting department recommended.
• Good supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility, self-motivation and high tolerance for stressful situations preferred.
• Computer experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• POSITION SUMMARY: Manage the Admitting/Registration process across designated hospital units and integrate services into the system workflow.
• Support an organizational culture of Service Excellence and execute the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
