POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the ongoing, effective operation of the Admitting/Registration process in one of the following areas: Main Admitting/Acute Hospital, Pavilion Admitting, or Emergency Department. Such responsibilities encompass not only the internal functioning of the departments, but also the integration of these services into the overall functioning of Northwest Texas Healthcare System. The Office Coordinator supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups. Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
