Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and their representatives and determine appropriate service.
• Interview to obtain complete information and verify records in a timely, courteous manner.
• Explain all forms requiring signatures, inform patients of their rights, and provide hospital information/brochures.
• Prepare appropriate chart and coordinate patient room assignments based on current policy.
• Enter appropriate orders and document scheduling and admissions/transfers; maintain accurate records.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide professional, courteous service to patients and staff.
