Job summary

CODA is seeking a detail-oriented admissions assistant to support Residential Programs. You will admit new patients, verify insurance, and coordinate intake processes while maintaining accuracy in patient records and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

You will work with the Admissions Team to reactivate or renew Oregon Health Plan insurance, manage information securely, and assist with cross-departmental communications.

Responsibilities

• Admit new patients into Residential Programs using CODA’s EMR.
• Verify insurance and assist with intake paperwork and releases.
• Coordinate scheduling of patient intakes with Admissions team.
• Manage and secure paper/hard copy records as required.
