Responsibilities

• Admit new patients into Residential Programs using CODA’s EHR system.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance; obtain Releases of Information as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Manage paper and electronic patient records; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with admissions team and Site Support Manager on patient intakes.
• Open, manage, and close admit area; keep it tidy and welcoming.
