Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and guests to shape a positive first impression.
• Coordinate scheduling and open/close front office daily to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain patient charts and process financial paperwork and insurance eligibility.
• Provide training and coverage for Site Support Specialists as needed.
• Prepare routine reports and communicate with Site Support Manager.
