• Scan documents and update ADT/electronic systems while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Provide courteous information to patients and prioritize during busy periods.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required signatures on forms as needed.
• Support the department and contribute to patient satisfaction and accurate revenue cycle processing.
