Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and the public, providing information courteously and professionally.
• Register patients, collect demographics, insurance information and signatures.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations.
• Scan documents into EMR/ADT systems and ensure accurate data entry.
• Process pre-registered accounts and deposits; support revenue cycle activities.
• Adhere to HIPAA and HonorHealth confidentiality standards.
