Qualifications

• Non-clinical hospital admissions experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Proficiency with Epic Patient Access and related hospital systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle registrations and scheduling for patient encounters.
• Perform time-of-service collections and obtain authorizations as needed.
