• EPIC applications, including scheduling, registration, billing, order communications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle registrations and scheduling for patient encounters.
• Assist with time-of-service collections and obtaining authorizations.
• Provide same-day admission notifications to payers.
• Support clinical care team with courteous, patient-centered service.
• Maintain accurate demographic and insurance information for hospital accounts.
