• EPIC applications, including scheduling, registration, billing, order communications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative aspects of patient encounters and maintain accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Perform registrations, scheduling, and time-of-service collections; provide same-day admission notifications to payers.
• Obtain authorizations and support the clinical care team with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Work in a high-intensity, 24/7 environment and support a diverse patient population.
