Job summary

Peckham Inc. is seeking a ROOTS Pathway Home Specialist in Lansing, MI. You will guide participants from intake through post-release supports, delivering CB I-EMP and life-skills training to prepare for living-wage jobs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with partners, building an individualized development plan, and assisting with job placements and retention services post-release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 3–5 years of related experience
• 0–2 years of related experience accepted with degree
• Understanding of public policy and applicable human resources laws
• Ability to research and build resources through community partners and Peckham programs
• Competence with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead intake process and manage service referrals
• Provide person-centered case management and coaching to participants
• Deliver Employment Readiness and CBI-EMP curriculum post-release
• Coordinate with community partners (MH, Michigan Works!, MDHHS) for supports

Education
