Job summary

Ross Innovative Employment Solutions is hiring a Pathway Home Career Advisor to deliver pre-release and post-release workforce services for justice-involved individuals. You will plan careers, support employment readiness, and coordinate services across correctional facilities, NCWorks centers, and communities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field or experience with reentry services.
• Experience in workforce development, case management, or counseling is preferred.
• Familiarity with justice-involved populations and reentry challenges.
• Good communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, and guide participants through program services in facilities and community settings.
• Assess work history, education, and barriers to identify career pathways.
• Develop individualized employment plans focused on short and long-term goals.
• Provide career advising, resume help, interview prep, and job search support.
• Maintain regular contact and coordinate with employers and partners.
• Maintain participant files, data entry, and required reporting.
