The ESM trains across store operations, including merchandising, people leadership, financial management, customer experience, and community engagement.

The assignment lasts 12–18 months with mobility within the region for Store Manager placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in management, business, retail management, or 2+ years in a retail leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develops and guides store operations training across merchandising, staffing, financials, customer experience and community engagement.
• Supports achievement of store financial goals through budgeting, pricing, inventory and demand planning.
