Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, retail management, financial management and 2 years' experience in a management role within a retail, operations, or distribution environment, with responsibility for supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors, managing workloads, and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees.
• 4 years' experience in a management role within a retail, operations, or distribution environment, with responsibility for supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors, managing workloads, and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop across store operations, including merchandising, people leadership, financial management, customer experience, and community engagement.
• Assist in managing the store's financial performance by learning to authorize and manage expenditures against budget.
• Monitor sales and profit goals and analyze economic trends and community needs for budget forecasting.
• Promote customer service standards and ensure effective merchandise presentation and inventory levels.
• Lead staffing plans and talent pipelines for Store Manager placement and mobility within the region.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to support store objectives.
