Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide intake, assessment, and services for ESS assistance and PoH.
• Conduct pre-screening, goal setting, and follow-up case management.
• Network with community agencies and referral resources.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Stock pantry and supervise volunteers for the food pantry.
• Coordinate seasonal events and emergency social services during disasters.
