The Salvation Army Ferguson Community Empowerment Center is seeking a full-time PoH/ESS Case Manager to provide intake, assessment and ESS assistance, and to manage Pathway of Hope services. You will connect clients with essential resources and coordinate with partner agencies to maximize support.

You will maintain confidential records, supervise pantry volunteers, and help with emergency social services and community outreach, in alignment with TSA policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human services and 1 year of related work experience; supervisory experience helpful.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and communities.
• Strong leadership style and good organizational skills.
• Familiarity with government and community resources is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide intake, assessment, and ESS assistance to clients seeking Pathway of Hope support.
• Manage Pathway of Hope services and coordinate goals with clients.
• Network with community agencies to connect clients with resources.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality in both paper and electronic formats.
• Provide emergency social services during disasters and assist with crisis needs.
• Supervise volunteers and coordinate food pantry operations and distributions.
• Coordinate seasonal programs and community outreach as directed.
