Job summary

The Salvation Army Ferguson Community Empowerment Center seeks a Community Pathway of Hope Case Manager to support families referred by internal and partner agencies. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position funded by a grant for three years.

The role involves intake, goal setting, case management, resource linkage, housing referrals, and on-site and community outreach. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or 3+ years related experience.
• Strong communication and varied cultural interactions required.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass TSA MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Follow Pathway of Hope approach with limited clients, including intake and goal setting.
• Provide housing referrals and connect clients with resources.
• Maintain confidential client files and write monthly reports.
• Coordinate with volunteers and community programs.
• Represent The Salvation Army in alignment with its mission.
