Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a Technical Trainer & Instructional Designer for a 12-month assignment in Oro Valley, AZ. The role encompasses end-to-end learning lifecycle ownership across Product Development, translating complex pathology lab concepts into scalable training content.

Responsibilities include creating e-learning modules, hands-on guides, SOPs, and delivering onboarding, workshops, and lab coaching using ADDIE-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience in technical training.
• Direct experience designing and delivering training for adult learners.
• Experience bridging scientific concepts to instructional content.

Responsibilities

• Design and update technical training modules, e-learning courses, and hands-on exercises.
• Deliver onboarding, classroom, and virtual instruction with hands-on coaching.
• Perform training needs analyses and coordinate with SMEs and dept managers.
