Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Technical Trainer & Instructional Designer in Oro Valley, AZ, to own the end-to-end learning lifecycle for product development and related functions. You will create scalable content, including e-learning and hands-on lab guides, and deliver onboarding and workshops.

You will work with SMEs, apply adult learning principles, and manage LMS assets to ensure compliance and measurable outcomes. A background in life sciences or diagnostic instrumentation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with 5+ years experience; or Master’s with 1+ year.
• Direct experience designing and delivering technical training tailored for adult learners.
• Experience with pathology lab or diagnostic instrumentation is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex lab concepts into accessible instructional content.

Responsibilities

• Design, author, and update technical training modules and e-learning courses.
• Deliver onboarding, hands-on coaching, and interactive workshops.
• Manage LMS assets and track competency and compliance.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to ensure curriculum execution.
