Job summary

CellNetix Pathology & Laboratories in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Support Services Specialist to assist pathologists, clients, and patients. You will triage requests by phone, email, and fax, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support laboratory administrative workflows.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in healthcare customer service, with basic computer skills and preferred medical terminology or clinical lab experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school graduate.
• 1+ years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Medical terminology, preferred.
• Prior clinical medical setting or laboratory experience preferred.
• Basic computer program & application skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls through a soft phone system, scheduling and dispatching pathology procedures.
• Process medical records requests for pathology reports and documentation.
• Intake and processing of fax and email communications.
• Data entry using LIS system.
• Manage tissue release requests and CRM data, including accounts and contacts.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in daily activities.
