The Support Services Specialist performs a broad range of customer service functions in support of pathologists, clients, and patients, utilizing multiple systems and applications, including proprietary software. This role triages and resolves a high volume of requests received primarily via phone, email, and fax, as well as through in-person interactions. The Support Services Specialist is required to adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and follow established safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols, as the position may involve exposure to environmental hazards.
