Job summary

CellNetix Pathology & Laboratories is seeking a Support Services Specialist to assist pathologists, clients, and patients. You will triage requests by phone, email, and fax, adhere to HIPAA, and operate LIS and CRM systems. Responsibilities include data entry, scheduling, and coordinating pathology procedures.

The role runs M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm with emphasis on accuracy, professional communication, and PPE safety in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve requests from pathology clients and patients via phone, email, and fax.
• Process pathology report updates, scheduling, and dispatching procedures.
• Handle medical records requests and documentation intake.
• Data entry using LIS system to maintain patient and case data.
• Notify clinicians of critical results and coordinate with internal teams.
