Precision Healthcare Specialists is seeking an experienced Pathology Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Pathology Laboratory. You will supervise technical staff, ensure quality standards, and maintain regulatory compliance while providing hands-on oversight of tissue processing and histology workflows.
The role requires leadership, strong knowledge of histology techniques, QA practices, and experience with LIS and regulatory requirements.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Histotechnology or related field.
- HT/HTL (ASCP) certification preferred.
- Experience in clinical pathology or histology laboratory.
- Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of histology techniques and regulatory standards.
Mansioni
- Oversee daily operations and workflow within the Pathology Laboratory.
- Coordinate tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, staining, and specimen prep.
- Monitor productivity and turnaround times; ensure accuracy and proper handling.
