Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of medical industry experience.
• Data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review select cases for accuracy of tissue request and escalate to PAs when needed.
• Complete accurate data entry and maintain case notes.
• Assist PSCs in resolving issues with their cases and provide feedback on quality.
• Place notes and holds on cases for non-conforming samples or missing information.
• Compose professional emails/faxes to communicate with other departments for escalation and status updates.
• Perform outbound calls to pathology labs for specimen information.
• Attend interdepartmental meetings and provide process feedback.
• Monitor errors and metrics for all tissue cases.
