Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file patent application documents and related forms with the USPTO.
• Manage domestic and foreign filing formalities with minimal supervision.
• Assemble and submit IDS; track references across patent families.
• Draft prosecution documents for paralegal/attorney review.
• Monitor docket deadlines and maintain client portfolios with minimal oversight.
• Communicate with clients and foreign associates on US, PCT, and foreign matters.
