Overview

Beacon Hill is seeking a temporary Litigation Paralegal to provide leave coverage for a confidential boutique litigation firm in San Francisco. The firm is known for handling sophisticated litigation matters, particularly intellectual property and other complex, technology-driven disputes. The team is seeking a paralegal with patent litigation experience, though strong commercial litigation paralegals will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support a busy team in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Engagement details

• Start: May 2026
• Duration: 3 months, with potential to extend
• Hours: Full-time
• Pay:
• Patent Litigation/IP Paralegal experience: $50-$60/hour, depending on experience
• Commercial Litigation Paralegal experience: $40-$50/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications

• Litigation paralegal experience
• Strong commercial litigation experience considered
• Able to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week, Monday through Friday
• Available to begin a temporary assignment in May
• Comfortable supporting a busy team in a fast-paced law firm environment
